11. Exercise of Jurisdiction:
(1) The judge, social activist, child specialist or child psychologist shall collectively hear the case in a
juvenile court or Bench. Provided that, even in the absence of all or some among the social activist, child specialist or child psychologist the proceeding executed by the judge shall not be declared invalid.
(2) The social activist, child specialist or child psychologist shall submit a written opinion before the judge.
(3) After obtaining the opinion pursuant to Sub-rule (2) the judge shall declare the verdict of the court.
